Did you know a glass of soy milk contains 8g of protein? For a great mid-morning snack that is both high in antioxidants and offers a reasonable serve of protein, try this matcha latte.
It’s great served cold in the summer with ice, however for cooler times of the year, you can also make this hot by warming the milk on the stove or in a microwave before mixing with the matcha.
If you don’t have a matcha whisk, don’t worry! Try blending the matcha powder and soy milk in a blender instead.
