Ingredients

  • 4 Ryvitas (crispbreads)
  • 8 cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 150 g cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp chives (chopped)
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

Method

  1. Evenly spread the cottage cheese over the 4 Ryvitas.
  2. Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes on top of the cottage cheese.
  3. Sprinkle the chopped chives over the tomatoes.
  4. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy.
