Ingredients
- 4 Ryvitas (crispbreads)
- 8 cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 150 g cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp chives (chopped)
- salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
Method
- Evenly spread the cottage cheese over the 4 Ryvitas.
- Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes on top of the cottage cheese.
- Sprinkle the chopped chives over the tomatoes.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
