Ingredients
- 1 apple (medium sized, approx. 180g)
- 2 tbsp natural peanut butter (no added sugar or salt)
- 1 tbsp mixed nuts (unsalted, finely chopped)
- 1 tsp freeze-dried raspberries (crushed)
- 15 g dark chocolate (85%, chopped or shaved)
Method
- Slice the apple into rings about 5mm thick and remove the seeds.
- Add a thin layer of peanut butter on each apple ring.
- Sprinkle each ring with some chopped nuts, freeze-dried raspberries, and dark chocolate.
