Ingredients

  • 200 g 70% dark chocolate
  • 50 g pistachios (roughly chopped)
  • 1 tbsp freeze-dried raspberry pieces
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs

Method

  1. Line a baking tray with tin foil.
  2. Break the dark chocolate into pieces and melt gently using a double boiler (or microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth).
  3. Drop teaspoons of melted chocolate onto the prepared tray to form small circles (you should get about 30 bites).
  4. While the chocolate is still soft, sprinkle each bite with a mix of chopped pistachios, freeze-dried raspberries, hemp seeds, and cacao nibs. Distribute toppings evenly but lightly.
  5. Let the bites set at room temperature or chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes until firm. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
