Ingredients
- 200 g 70% dark chocolate
- 50 g pistachios (roughly chopped)
- 1 tbsp freeze-dried raspberry pieces
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
Method
- Line a baking tray with tin foil.
- Break the dark chocolate into pieces and melt gently using a double boiler (or microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth).
- Drop teaspoons of melted chocolate onto the prepared tray to form small circles (you should get about 30 bites).
- While the chocolate is still soft, sprinkle each bite with a mix of chopped pistachios, freeze-dried raspberries, hemp seeds, and cacao nibs. Distribute toppings evenly but lightly.
- Let the bites set at room temperature or chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes until firm. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
