Ingredients

  • 4 rye crackers
  • 4 tbsp cottage cheese
  • 2 tsp chives (finely chopped)
  • 8 cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • black pepper (freshly ground, to taste)

Method

  1. Spread 1 tablespoon of cottage cheese onto each rye cracker.
  2. Evenly distribute the halved cherry tomatoes between the crackers.
  3. Sprinkle the finely chopped chives on top, then add a crack of fresh black pepper to taste.
  4. Serve immediately for the best texture and flavour.
