Ingredients
- 4 rye crackers
- 4 tbsp cottage cheese
- 2 tsp chives (finely chopped)
- 8 cherry tomatoes (halved)
- black pepper (freshly ground, to taste)
Method
- Spread 1 tablespoon of cottage cheese onto each rye cracker.
- Evenly distribute the halved cherry tomatoes between the crackers.
- Sprinkle the finely chopped chives on top, then add a crack of fresh black pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately for the best texture and flavour.
